Mike Gallagher (WI-08), Raja Krishnamoorthi (IL-08), and Steve Cohen (TN-09) today introduced the States Afforded Funding Extensions To Oppose Driving Recklessly In Vehicular Engagements (SAFE TO DRIVE) Act, which creates two supplemental grant programs for states to use for distracted driving prevention.
